Suit Fitting and Apparel Ordering - 2026

Hello, Riptiders! Just a reminder that our online ordering platform for 2026 suits, caps and team spirit wear is LIVE and ready for your orders.

The deadlines for ordering are as follows:
Apparel Deadline: Sunday, May 3rd @ 11:59pm
Cap Deadline: Sunday, May 3rd @ 11:59pm
Online Suit Deadline: Sunday, May 3rd @ 11:59pm

Once again, here is the link for our 2026 suit fitting and apparel try-on sessions. Remember, if you'd like to try on any apparel item for sizing purposes, these sessions are your only opportunity to do so. Apparel try-on will ONLY be available at the suit fitting on Thursday, April 23rd. Please use the following link to sign up for your time slot:

Please note the following:

  • The projected delivery date for your suits, caps and apparel is Thursday June 4.
  • Orders will not go into production until after the deadline;
  • Production takes about 2-3 weeks (caps are closer to 4 weeks);
  • Free Shipping DOESN’T QUALIFY during group ordering windows; please select Curbside pick-up for team delivery;
  • If you choose to pay for shipping, your order will still be completed and shipped out by the delivery date; you will not receive it any earlier than the rest of the team;
  • All orders that select Curbside Pick Up/Team Delivery will be picked up by me and then distributed. No need to pick up from Simply Swimming.

Very importantly, when checking out, please make sure you enter both your billing and shipping address. The Simply Swimming system requires both to process your order. After checkout you should receive an e-mail confirming your purchase (it may end up in your junk e-mail). If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact Simply Swimming directly to make sure your order processed. In the case that your credit card declines or your billing address doesn’t match correctly, the order will not process and you may not receive an error message via the Simply Swimming website.
